Vodacom.- eskom same WhatsApp groups. Always connected, when they feel it's ok

No Vodacom internet connection in the Parkwood/lotus river area now since this morning after 10. It is almost impossible to speak to a human at their call centre and once u get through to one they connect u to the automatic survey thing. A network that is so expensive and yet it doesn't work wen u need it. They claim that there is no issue. Dear Vodacom bring a cellphone to my house and see if u get anything other than EDGE right now
