Vodacom eshop took payment and has to date not delivered the item

This is the 5th time with no response from Vodacom or delivery. VODACOM took money without delivery of items I purchased 2 items in black Friday from Vodacom e shop. 1 item was delivered the other not delivered.since than I have trying to get it sorted with emails and calls that nobody answers on **********4 or *********** . Vodacom took my money and have not delivered. THIs is theft VODACOM
