Vodacom Erratic local and international Latencies on LTE

i literally have had ALL networks the LTE packages are GREAT for your first 30 days till the contract cant be cancelled then your internet is dead in the water i did not expect this at all Vodacom for the past 3 weeks from 5PM my internet is erratic and unstable with Latencies of up to 600 MS locally thats Ridiculous MIDDELBURG MPUMALANGA CENTRAL DISTRICT
