Vodacom Ermelo empty promises

Only giving one star since I can’t give 0. Ordered a device at the local Vodacom in Ermelo. I was told 3-5 working days. Its been more than 10 days and still no word on where my device is. This is why people are leaving Vodacom for other networks.
