Vodacom Equals False Promises

I got a new contract more than 2 weeks ago and I was supposed to receive a Xioami electric scooter. After promising me it would come 2 weeks ago, it didn't. Then they said it will come last week - still didn't come. It's now almost 2.5 weeks and I'm still waiting. I don't think they even placed my order in the first place. I've been a customer with Vodacom for almost 15 years - needless to say I'm so disappointed by this. There's no urgency and I find it pathetic that you're promoting a product and you can't even deliver.
