<p>    </p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: SourceSansPro-Regular; mso-bidi-font-family: SourceSansPro-Regular; color: #434343;">Having ordered an upgrade online, I received a mail saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. If this did not happen I was to call the number provided. With no news, I called the number. Over hours on the phone, being put on hold (twice in excess of 20 minutes!), transfered to the wrong numbers, being given the wrong numbers to call, having the phone put down on me, I eventually recieved an "Upgrade Quotation" via mail. It was completely different to what I had ordered (twice the price), and so the whole process statred again. After a few hours on the phone this morning, I was told that it was "too late" to cancel the upgrade on the terms agreed. The person on the call was unable to comprehend that I had not agreed to the terms of the Upgrade Quotation and said it was too late and that the new contract was loaded. Many calls, explanations, wrong numbers and waiting later, I have been told that they will "try" to correct the offer do***ent and it will be resent - although Louisa had "no idea" how long this would take nor whether she could reverse the incorrect details. For a telecomms company Vodacom's systems simply do not work. Their staff simply cannot communicate, comprehend simple questions or get someone appropriate on the line to resolve the queries. Appalling. Worst service I have ever received. </span></p>
