Vodacom enables Theft by iBrain

Voda stole thousands of rands from my prepaid airtime and payed it to iBrain, whose services I never requested, permitted or used.

I was told by my nearest branch that an iBrain icon must have popped up on my screen, which meant that I had subscribed to iBrain. I never requested, permitted or used any service from iBrain, but Vodacom has deducted several thousand rands worth of my prepaid money and paid it over to them.

It is not clear to me what commission or other benefits Vodacom gets as agent of this blant theft. I asked for my ****** prepaid credit to be reinstated, but was dismissed/ignored

Someone called me this morning, but spoke in a soft voice inaudible to me. The person did not identify himself/herself as from Vodacom, but as from Master-something

I have called the number 082135 that Vodacom recommends in their response. To no avail -- except listening to their menus, which are not applicable to my problem with Voda's enabling massive theft of airtime
