Vodacom empty promises

We signed up for the Covid Relief Fund on October 15th 2021. 3 months at a reduced rate Nov 2021 / Dec 2021 / Jan 2022. We checked to see if this new payment plan had been recorded. As it was not we contacted Vodacom in November and we were advised that all numbers were updated accordingly with the Covid Relief Fund because as per account as it appears on the Vodacom App we still had to pay the normal monthly amount. Called them again today November 29th 2021 and advised them the new amount still dies reflect. We were stuffed around from pillar to post. We requested to speak to a Manger. This did not happen as he or she had to contact us by 11:30am today. The agent Cameron in Accounts was supposed to contact us. Nothing. Then we were advised by Nizipho that the Relief fund was only for 1 number. This was all agreed for 4 numbers and confirmed by Cameron. If we pay the Covid Relief amount we will be advised that our account is not up to date. Vodacom have dropped the ball.

Listed below is the response we received from Vodacom on November 29th 2021 at 14:02.
You would expect them to react immediately to my complaint. It is now November 30th 2021 at 10:50 and no one from VODACOM has contacted us and we have to make our monthly payment. If we pay the Covid Relief Fund which has not recorded but confirmed by CAMERON (in contacts) we will be in arrears and our service will be terminated. We budgeted for the CRF but it would seem that we will have to make the normal monthly payment. Note from the message received from VODACOM someone from their office was supposed to contact us. NO ONE HAS MADE ANY CONTACT. We have been with VODACOM for 20 years. IS THIS IS THE WAY VODOCOM TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
