Vodacom- empty promises and lies!
I posted a complaint about poor service received from a Vodashop. Basically, they have supplier a faulty device which I am trying to get replaced or repaired.
Vodacom promised t get back to me regarding my complaint. To date I have heard nothing from them!
I will now consider legal action against them.

The strange thing is that the guy at your shop say he has the same router and experiences the same problems. Why are you selling **** like this to your customers??????
