Vodacom empty promises
Empty promises. Again Vodacom failed to sort out my problem when they promised to do so. 4 months in a row. I have spoken to Nomthandazo at cancellation and said she will personally handle this. She is a manager. Still nothing. Be assured I will cancel all contracts with Vodacom.
