VODACOM - EMPTY PROMISES
I have been able to RECEIVE messages from New Zealand, but when I reply, MY MESSAGES DONT GO THROUGH to the relevant person. I have been trying to get this matter resolved for more than a week. Agents promise to phone me back, but I never hear from them. I received 2 ORDER NUMBERS from Vodacom4 - not sure what its all about. PLEASE GET THIS SORTED OUT!!
