Vodacom empty promise and false advertising
I bought a new smartphone Redmi xiaomi on the 21/01/2022 at Ackermans store. Which was on special for R1 499 and it was supposed to come with 200mb daily for a year and 200mb you tube data for 7 days. I didn't get the data and I called Vodacom customer line 082 135 on the 25/01/2022 at 14:41 and the lady advised me to SMS the word SMART to 3118 to redeem and wait for 72 hours i will get it but till today I am still waiting.
