Vodacom employs **********

In January I received a notification from my bank stipulating that an amount of R408.32 has been decucted by vodacom because I "apparently " took a contract with them. I forwarded the affidavit with my ID copy to their ***** department and they said the account will be closed after sending in my documents.

Again in February since I made a stop order with my bank, they decided to increase the amount to R508.32 and use a different reference number to debit on my account. I have submitted to them that I have never opened an account with them but they still carry on taking money from me.

On the 22 February I received a statement from them saying they will debit an amount of R12000 on the 27/02/17.

I'm very angry at them because even after submitting my documents to their ***** department, nothing is being done nobody from vodacom has contacted me with this regards and it shows how little they care about other people. They rush to take people's money and do not attend to their staff that keep *****ing people.
