I phoned to up grade my contract on the wensday 16/09/2015 the package that I was offered was what I want but I was not sure about the phone so I asked kabelo can I please phone you back as I want to see the phone at a cell phone store. <br> kabelo said he will phone me back on the Thursday the 17/09/2015 what time will suit me, so I said 14h00 will be great as I can only go in the morning of 17/09/2015 to see the phone.<br> 15h00 comes on the 17/09/2015 and no call so I phone in to get the upgrade done as kabelo still has not phoned me back but I didn't want the phone I was offered I wanted the white hawei p8 lite with the deal.<br> the person who I cant not say or spell his name said that he can do a deal with the p8 I agreed when will I get the phone he said to me it will be delivered on Friday 18/09/2015.<br> I phone to see if the phone is getting delivered today . to be told we don't have the p8 in white in stock<br> so I phoned the upgrade canter to speak to the supervisor to be told he is on a call when he is done he will phone me im still waiting for his call its been about a hour now. <br> Vodacom she stop hiring oxygen *****s and get people to work for them as this is not service at all
