Vodacom employer is a *******

Be careful of the guy named Gift at Vodacom Cresta(opposite dischem) HE IS A ****. I went to claim for insurance but ended up with a 2nd contract which he ******* me into signing as i thought i was signing for the insurance claim. The same day at night when i called their number to confirm my sim swop that was when i was made aware that i did not claim insurance but i have taken a 2nd contract with a new number. The next morning i went back unfortunately the manager who was not interested in my story could not help me cause my signature was on the papers, regardless of how i tried explaining how i signed. Gift and his manager they do not care about customers, all they care about is making sales. Another thing i was told they do not have stock of what i was covered for but miraculously the next morning they had stock as i still needed to claim my insurance. So he **** about stock availability and ******* me to sign up for a new contract. HE IS A ****!
