Vodacom employees **** us

I have three contracts with Vodacom and two of them were due for upgrades. On the 8th of July i called Vodacom to cancel the two contracts as i no longer need them. The Agent was pushing me to upgrade however i told him straight that i want to cancel. He was always telling me that he is reducing the instalment amount and i told him that i dont want to ipgrade and he agreed with me.

To my suprise i received messages on the 30th of July that i have done the upgrade for the two contracts. I am so ****ed right now as when i call them they tell me that theu will escalate my complain. Vodacom is a ****. be careful as this people push the sales with lies.
