Vodacom employees not being honest and upfront when it comes to upgrading and contracts! Employees not on the same page!

I am so sick and tired of vodacom's employees that are not on the same page! since lats year i have been trying to upgrade because i get phone calls from vodacom telling me that its time to upgrade, when i get to the store they tell me that i can upgrade but i will then be paying my current fee on my laptop contract and the new fee on the new product as well.........the consultant would not have given me this info if I did not ask if i would be paying for both..........

i don want to upgrade unless my laptop contract is over! i don't want to get myself in a situation where I am going to pay for two different contacts!

I feel that vodacom does not care about its customers, if vodacom can con their customer in to extra contracts with out the customer realizing it then its a win for them! i am so put-off by the service Vodacom has given me that I'm considering to start taking out me future contract with a different company.

How hard can it be for the employees of vodacom to be on the same page when it comes to viewing the same customer's profile???? whether its in store or customer service department at HO.....

is there anyone competent enough to assist me with information on this and the exact date of when my contract is ending??

I did call vodacom customer care line this week, spoke to one guy and he put me on hold and eventually the line was put down from his side. I then called again and spoke to a lady that informed me that i can upgrade with out the worry of paying two different fees as my laptop contract is ending march 2020. After that i got an sms saying my query has been logged ref*** and that someone will contact me soon, no one called me until now. Then i got an sms saying my query has been resolved...........

I went in to one of vodacom's stores today to upreared, wasted my time again just to hear the consultant telling me that i will still pay the laptop until end of may 2020, so embarrassing!!

Im so tired of this!
