Vodacom employees going missing.

Does anyone work at the Vodacom complaints office, as it would appear that this is a ghost town. Vodacom has ruined my credit score, and after multiple complaints and follow-ups, as well as me providing all of the relevant information, no one has contacted me to follow-up on my previous complaints.

I would suggest that management check-in on their employees, as they are either all on leave, or have gone missing.

Can someone from Vodacom please reach out to me for this to be resolved. I am now 9 months into trying to cancel a month-to-month contract.
