Vodacom employees are ***********

For the 3 to four months I’ve been calling Vodacom to cancel my contract, every time I call I’m told that the contract is cancelled yet my money get’s deducted every month. I finally got irritated and reversed the debit, now they tell me my account is in arrears!!! This ****es me off as it’s ruining my credit record. About a week ago I called and they said they are going to investigate my claim even today I have not gotten any response from them.They keep on sending me warning letters yet they fail to respond to my claim. I’ve always been a Vodacom fan but this is where I draw the line and I’m going to make sure everyone knows of this company’s dishonesty. Money does not grow on trees we work for this money. This is my reference from the last call if someone decides to actually do their job ***
