Vodacom employees are illiterate

I am convinced that contrary to written history, Vodacom employees are from the Precambrian Era. Let me enlighten you: this is the earliest known time of earth's history. To break break it down further, what I mean is that Vodacom employees must be from the era before writing and reading were developed. Thus, despite my countless complaints, some idiot or idiots at Vodacom is still sending me advertising and marketing messages. I bet Ardipithecus, earliest known species of the human lineage, had more common sense than Vodacom employees. I need for someone at Vodacom to tell me of they are able to, or unable to, stop sending me advertising and marketing messages.
