Vodacom employees are *******
Vodacom employees have become *******.This is because they mislead people like me to take offers claiming they are beneficial where as they are not, forcing sales.
I was called by a Vodacom Agent who gave me a migration offer from R160 to R230 on a promise of paying R20 less for the R230 offer. The invoice has just come saying I must pay R270 for the R230 offer. Where am I supposed to get the R110 or even R40 for every month? To make matters worse, I canceled the offer on same day after realizing that I have been misled following my verification of information provided. To date the cancelation was never effected despite talking to different Agents to assist on the matter.

I can only accept your apology when you deal with your Agents that are misrepresenting you to us as customers. We do not have go to the level of complaining because we are frustrated and desperate. Your Agents do not have to misrepresent you even for their commissions at our expense.

Mandla
