Vodacom employee of the year

So I recently wrote a nasty review about vodacom. Vodacoms hello peter rep Stefan contacted me to try and resolve my unhappiness. Well Stefan jumped through many hoops and spent endless hours meetings and enduring my frustration and irritability with first vodacom then vumatel. When vumatel eventually figured out (with the help of Stefan and his manager) after numerous meetings and emails, what they needed to do to resolve their part in my frustration, Stefan continued to help me even sometimes after hrs. Needless to say after nearly 2 1/2 months I finally have my internet connection. Thank you Stefan. 5 starts to you.
