Vodacom employee gave full access (hacked) my phone for his friend that is my ex boyfriend

A Employee that is in the development department and friend to my ex boyfriend gave updated gps, call recordings, text msgs and you name it to my ex boyfriend, i am not going to go into detail why, but i went though such a emotional trauma, i felt humiliated because of private calls that he forwarded to my mother and she forwarded to some family members. They knew where where i was, and some nrs i dialed will give them a notification, Text, social media, photos i took i knew what was happening but i had no proof so today i came across the person communicating information in emails telling what he can see, but this employee for some reason gave my ex boyfriend more information, i want to take this further, see this all has a ripple effect, when i was going through that trauma, it affected my every day life, just started a new job that time, and i wasn't the 100% focus mother for my son, my son also went though some emotional ups and downs because he worries about me, my life was turned upside down with alot of other things i will not mention here because of this.
