VODACOM - Emergency calls only!

Pathetic!!!!!!!! This is the third time this month that we have no coverage in the Bredasdorp / Cape Agulhas / Struisbaai areas and the only response we get from Vodacom is "our technician is working on the problem." I've tried to get hold of a more senior manager at the Vodacom Call Centre, but it would be easier to get an appointment with the Queen of England!!!!!!!!!

Really, Vodacom is the worst company that I've every dealt with and I need answers.

What is the problem that, after every power outage that this area experience, there is no coverage? My simple mind tells me that the problem is with the batteries or back-up generator, but why shall the big shots at Vodacom listen to a commoner like myself!!!!!!
