Vodacom - embarrassing!
Vodacom. I have been trying to upgrade my phone / contract for the past month and a half (8 going on 9 weeks) to a RED package that was advertised in the August Vodacom magazine. The same package appeared in the September magazine.
Two month being advertised - yet they have zero stock.
Vodacom has been without stock of the advertised iPhone (XR) + iWatch combo since the beginning of August - but they chose to re-advertise the same package/ phone option in September - knowing full well they have zero stock.
How is this possible. As a RED contract customer - I am unable to upgrade because Vodacom can provide me with the phone, which they continue to advertise, for the past 8 weeks!
And to top it all -noone can tell me when they new stock will arrive - go figure!
Do I change and migrate to another service provider...?
