Vodacom email query

We are customers from Vodacom as long as I can remember. We have a couple of contracts with them one of them our data package for our work email as well as a vodamail email address. For five weeks I can not send emails, I phoned customer care I think seven times with no help and even been to the shop where they could not assist me, yhey logged a call with also no help this far. (1- ********** ********** ) This is unacceptable please attend to this matter urgently and advise!!!! My contact details are ********** 402
