Vodacom email - query

My Vodamail email account was compromised. I need urgent support wrt the matter and hold Vodacom email responsible for losing money due to *****. I visited the Vodacom Support office at Menlyn Pretoria and could not get any support there. The technical person said he emaileda person who will assist me with my case but it's been now more than a month and nobody contacted me. I did try and send emails to that email address and to the technical person at Vodacom support. No reply. I cannot even change my password on my email account.
