VODACOM EMAIL DISCONNECTED
VODAMAIL DISCONTINUED
Today we were just disconnected from our email accounts which we have had for more than 15 years and the VODACOM service line 082 135 leaves much to be desired as you cannot get to speak to a consultant anymore! We have kept this VODACOM prepaid number active so there can be no reason for the disconnection of the email service. OR, is this because VODACOM prepaid clients who have email mailboxes and addresses on Vodamail will be asked an additional payment of R29.00 pm for a service that was FREE with any prepaid VODACOM SIM.
Since the VODACOM service line is pretty much unhelpful how is it possible to query this disconnection and reconnect my email service? Their Vodamail Online Website also cannot be accessed.
VODACOM please help??
