VODACOM Elite WORST EVER

This is my second complaint about Elite Mobile, Vodacom please change your service provider. I requested a phone recording 3 weeks ago as proof that I asked to have my contact extended ( Elite is known to just renew / extend contracts) and still don't have this recording !!! This is yet again PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!
