Vodacom Elite Mobile ********

I wrote a similar review for Elite Mobile but because they are acting on behalf of Vodacom, Vodacom deserves a similar review. I was offered a contract for 20GB for R199 per month by Elite Mobile on behalf of Vodacom. For the last 3 months I have been charged over R900 for 40GB. Elite Mobile have not sent me a copy of the contract as promised. I have contacted Elite Mobile telephonically and they gave me a reference claiming the matter would be resolved in 24-48 hours. It is now over 9 days and my subsequent emails and queries have gone unanswered. This isn't just ********* it is ******** and Vodacom needs to rectify this if there is somebody out there executing contracts on their behalf.
