Vodacom - Elite Mobile ****

I have had a horrible experience with Elite Mobile representing Vodacom. Found out they gave us a whole new data contract after doing only an upgrade. I told them repeatedly that I do not want a new contract and they assured me that they are only upgrading, only to find out afterwards that they did indeed give me a new contract that I have been paying for for months and they never even sent a simcard for this contract. If they had we would have realised what they did a long time ago. Now I have spoken to numerous agents and they keep telling me I must just cancel the contract. This is outrageous.
