Vodacom / Elite Mobile?
Vodacom Elite mobile agent calls me in DECEMBER 2020 and offers me a data package with R2000 voucher for each contract (2 contracts, thus R4000), within 48 Hours!! After NUMEROUS emails I still don`t have the vouchers OR any answer. Every time it is "referred to Vodacom" or 'it will be resolved by Ambee Naidoo" It is 5 MONTHS later!!
The contract stipulates black on white "NO MODEM + R2000 GIFT VOUCHER @ R249 Reduced Sub PM on 30GB etc. AND "NO MODEM + R2000 GIFT VOUCHER @ R199 Reduced Sub PM on 20GB etc,
Vodacom referred me to Elite Mobile and Elite Mobile referred it to Vodacom?
