VODACOM

I have been a Customer of Vodacom for years.

I have been having a query since last year November that still hasn’t been sorted out.

I was paying R943 a month and the lady that phoned me cancelled some of my stuff and upgraded some of my stuff.

I was told that there will be a saving of over R500 instead there has been an increase in my instalment of R500 plus

I am very upset with Vodacom as this was not the deal.

It says that all calls are taped so if they go back to their recording they will hear me clearly asking the sales person if there will be a saving and she said YES.

Up to now nobody has phoned me back. They keep telling me that my query will be handled and they need more time
