Vodacom ****ed up my sim card

Today I went to vodacom in southgate at 11 and was assisted by a guy whom can not listen I asked for Esim not a sim swap,I Currently have no number my customers call me on that number which they can not reach me due to no service anymore on the phone,I told the guy that the number is in a phone that is broken and can not see anything,he then told me I must put the sim car in a phone in 3 hours I will get an sms , the guy just didnt listen,I went to mall of the south hoping they could fix my problem they wanted to do a sim swap which they requested documents which I don't have and was told the number will be activated in 4 hours they only then I will have to come again back for ESIM, I been using vodacom for more the 20 years and this is the worse day of my life and the worse experience I ever received, I work I do not Have the time to go a branch to sort this out I been driving up and down with my petrol to sort this out and it's been a hell of a day, this will be my last time I ever use vodacom and will not recommend anyone to this service provider, I want this sorted out and I will not be running around for a number which I Have had for years ,this number I Have on my CV as a contact and for my business as a barber , use are not just *********** but also making me loose money, I want this sorted out , Yasin thabethe is my name and my other number is *** I want this sorted out. I will not skip work to sort out this nonsense
