Vodacom Echo and calls not connecting.

The signal has been absolutely ********** for the past two weeks. 1st When trying to make a call the call never connects and you are left with a bad echo. Vodacom would still charge you for however long the call runs though even though not the caller or the receiver can hear the other person. This forces you to try call on numerous occasions until you eventually get through or restart your phone. Slimy network provider.
