Vodacom easy to own devices blocked for no reason

My easy to own device is blocked for no reason and i called the contact center and no one knew what they were doing from agents to team leaders i spent 2 hours with no help at all my device is still blocked i cannot access anything on my phone the service was really bad.

after checking reported issues regrading the vodacom network it says nothing about a general problem as i was advised when i called the call centre
