Vodacom Eastrand mall - Shannon Sheik

I would like to thank Vodacom and there excellent staff specifically Shanon from the east East Rand shopping mall. I recently lost my phone due to theft and was so overwhelmed with everything going on. I decided to head to the vodacom store very optimistically it’s like God intervened and directed me straight to him. On a Sunday at 4:30 as the store was about to close. He was very helpful and very eager to help me. He went the extra mile and gave me peace of mind. Even in times like these customer service like that can put your mind at ease.
