Vodacom Eastgate - nightmare
Just received a horrible call from the manager of Eastgate Vodacom. He was immensely rude, yet again. Shouting at me, belittling me and telling me that I am a ****.
If this is the form of service that vodacom offers, please, stay away at all costs.
Vodacom Eastgate is truly terrible. Please, do not go there. The manager is truly unprofessional and co****. He is rude and uninformed.
Perhaps Vodacom needs to interview their employees more thoroughly.
The manager of Vodacom Eastgate should not be allowed to talk with clients, let alone contact them privately to shout at them. Truly awful service.
