Vodacom Eastgate giving out ID number with permission of their customers

Vodacom Eastgate has failed me as a consumer I’ve a contracts with Vodacom for years… in august 2022 I got 3 lines with them 2 for phones and 1 for a router. With the 2 lines I have one is for and the other is for my ex boyfriend. I gave him my Vodacom account number to go make payments on his behalf but not my ID I’ve sent numerous messages on their twitter account we had a back and forth and they suggested I send an to their ***** department I’ve done so to no phone call just a reference number. I need this matter sorted out now the individual they gave my ID number has even impersonated me at Capitec fiddling with account can this matter be sorted I need answers
