Vodacom Eastgate Carol Ndlozi

I recently processed an upgrade at the Vodacom Eastgate branch Carol Ndlozi was the member of your team that assisted me. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with in the realist sense. Not only was I greeted with a genuine smile but she showed an unbelievable sense of care that I have seen from no other customer consultant. She went the extra mile, even as far as applying a screen protector even without me requesting her to do so. She was patient and made me feel as though I was the only customer in your shop. By the time I left your shop I was comfortable in the knowledge I had received, she was incredibly informative and able to answer any question I threw at her. Due to Carol Ndlozi I took a process that I was absolutely dreading and turned it into an awesome and easy experience. I promise you if every experience was like the one I had with Carol Ndlozi I would be singing Vodacoms praises at anyone who would listen.
