Vodacom Eastgate

my mothers samsung tablet was taken in to have the memory card taken out that she pushed passed the slot. when she got the tablet back it just switch off and refused to turn on again. so we took it back to vodacom eastgate and was send for repairs. got it back a few days later and did the same thing. my mother is a pensioner and does not have money to drive up and down. it was taken back to vodacom for the 3rd time and it was send to samsung. got it back and it still does not work. samsung said they would phone me on thursday 5th april. never got a call. the warranty on the tablet will expire next month. this is not fair to treat a pensioner like this. help to sort this out please
