Vodacom East Rand Mall Circus and Vodacom Head office the Ring Master

We opened a business May 2017, at that time it was easier to take the cell number out on our private name and convert it to the business name when we had financials and running for a while. Being a Vodacom client since Vodacom came to being we believed we would be treated better than currently. So approx a year back we went into Vodacom East Rand Mall and then handed in financials ALL paperwork required to move the cell to the business. Approx 3 months later we went to the store to complain as no transfer had happened only to be told they lost our paperwork. We again handed in paperwork and yet again approx 3 months later were told lost again. We handed in yet again now the 3rd time and approx 9 months later. That was approx Oct last year. We kept following up with the manager who is an absolute joke as hides when we come in and lies every time spoken to (so funny when we even walk in the mall and he sees us he runs into the closest store to miss us). He handed us over to Azeb who told us it is now with Vodacom and takes 30 days to move across - FINALLY. Little did we know she is a compulsive lier like the manager of the store. We called her yet again a few days back only to be asked to hand in all our documents for the now 4th time a year later as lost again. Crazy thing is after the 3rd time we were shown on their computer system all documents uploaded? How does this owner hire these people and not take an interest in his store. Well thinking enough is enough so le'ts call the professionals being Vodacom themselves and get this sorted. OMG from bad to worse they hire from the same school as East Rand Mall. I speak online to Aviwe tell him/her the story and this is the response and I took a picture on my phone as cannot believe the response. So the response "Thank you for your patience, unfortunately the process is saying when transferring an account from personal to business it's only done at the Vodacom store with necessary documents, don't you have another store where you can request the transferring since East Rand mall store is having stories on doing it?" Yes that is Vodacom's official reply to a year long problem the professionals just brush you off after us battling for a year.

So my advise to the public is don't use Vodacom East rand Mall as they are a bunch of liers and the owners is not cared at all and then don't waste your time complaining to Vodacom directly as they care less. If Vodacom is at all interested call Azeb and get my details, please note she is pathetically useless and will need approx a year to work out the complaint and then might be able to give you my details.

I long for the day when the world is not allowed to be controlled by select few and care nothing for customers. let there be 1000 competitors in the cellular market and then see all the meeting Vodacom bosses have when they loose all their clients.
