Vodacom East Rand Mall

I went to Vodacom East Rand Mall this morning with my cancellation letter to cancel my current contract (expiring 27 August 2018) only to be told that no longer are in store cancellations done and given a torn off piece of paper with a hand written scribbled number and told to call said number as everything is now done telephonically. I asked that if paperwork needed to be submitted and was assured that paperwork was not necessary, only to find out that paperwork has to be emailed to Vodacom (not the easiest email address to find I might mention),.After numerous calls I have finally got a reference number verifying that my letter has been received. I phoned the East Rand Mall Vodacom shop and was greeted by "hello" not even Vodacom good day, asking to speak to the manager I was told was out but can she take a message, I left my details with her and wonder now at 6pm if the manager will ever return my call so I can ask if they know what they are doing before passing on the buck and sending people out of their store with a scribbled piece of paper.

Bad service
