Vodacom East London Vincent Repair Center

My phone was sent away for an Out Of Box Failure on the 12/07/2023 To the Vodacom East London Repair Center. It was Recieved at the Repair Center on the 13/07/2023 according to the RAM Waybill number i got from the Vodacom Branch where i submitted the phone

Till this day i haven't received any communication regarding the Phone. According to the Consultant i spoke the phone does not even appear on the system at the Repair Center.

Im utterly disgusted with the service as i cannot get any answers as to where my phone is.
