Vodacom early upgrade ****
I have a 24 months contract with Vodacom which started 31 March and supposed to end 31 March this year but to my suprise when I call Vodacom customer care they insist it’s ending 14 July 2024. And they give me different reasons. Some says it’s the rule for an early upgrade, some say it’s because I paid my missed a payment so they add extra month even though I never I paid the money I missed with only a month

10 Feb 2024, 18:14That means I will be paying for a phone for 4 extra month which will amount to R5800. I let the consultant knows that I paid up for my previous phone I upgraded from and I’ve paid my missed instalment within a month but they all insist even after I paid for all instalments I will still pay extra 4 months. No one is referring me to a clause in my contract that says I will pay extra four months.

10 Feb 2024, 18:16I’ve been with Vodacom for over 15 years and honestly speaking I’m ready to part ways with them. I can’t handle this ******* from them. According to my bank statements I’m up to date and I’ve successfully paid my phone for 21 Months now. I’m wondering where does the 4 extra months come from
