Vodacom

I wanted to go and take out a study loan for my son and then discovered that Vodacom has 2 accounts listed at the credit beauer I have been trying to get them to have the account that is not mine deleted of the credit beauer with no joy. Now I can't get the study loan for my son. How can companies just be aloud to mess around with our and our kids lifes like this and when they need to clean up their messes it is as if you are asking for a million rand from them?
