VODACOM
Bought a brand new Vivo cell phone from VODACOM (monthly contract for 2 years). Phone was couriered to my house. VODACOM gave me a RECYCLED CELL NUMBER!..getting calls of previous owner's friends trying to get hold of her and this recycled cell number is still linked to her Facebook account, it was not even removed! With the new phone, I received a ''new' DEFAULTED CHARGER that HEATS UP WITHIN 5 MINUTES, damaging the new phone!!
