Terrible service from the upgrades departments
Terrible service from customercare
Vodacom had made promises and was unable to deliver as was agreed upon... furthermore this has caused a major inconvenience to myself and a major additional cost incurred for nothing.
I hope you happy to lose my business
Everyone should watch out for this company they are ******** you...
