Vodacom e-mail migration
I have tried since Middle May to get my e-mails because of some kind of migration.
I am running a business from a Vodacom number purely for my e-mails of which I never had a SIM card for.
During May the problem was resolved and now on the 17th of July I logged a call again. The answer that is given to me all the time is that it can take up to 7 to 14 working days for a technition to come back to me.
How is this possible? Vodacom should be closed!!!
Actually I think that Vodacom can be sewed for business loss occurring by some companies!!
