Vodacom - ****** during th refund process
I have been waiting for a refund from Vodacom for 2 months. They keep saying it will take 7 days but I don't think they understand the concept of days and months. This refund is for incorrect debits amounting to R2500 They will respond to this by saying someone will assist,but no one ever does. My mobile number is *** Maybe it's race thing, when they heard my accent ,they did not want to help as much.

Kindly be advised that we were not able to make contact with you on ***, as the line goes straight to voicemail. We have reviewed the account holder's Vodacom account and shows that the system has been updated and the refund was paid into the account holder's bank account.
